  I would have given toys r us Ilford 0 stars but Google does not allow this. The management harass workers and treat them as trash. The workers feel very cold as no heater insulation in store. I have worked in the law industry and by law a business needs to be a certain temperature and if it is very cold it needs to have good heating system and if not this can lead to a large fine and prosecution. A sales advisor job will mean you will have to also clean the floor and sweep which is a cleaner job and no cleaning is mentioned in job contract. Its the worst place ever to work and for customers it seems a nice place but behind the scenes workers are treated very badly that they take all their anger at customers so there is alot of customer complaints about sales advisors. No wonder workers are leaving and this place is short of staff as they lack proper management, perks and good contract. In the near future retail will completely be wiped and times will be very hard for workers as management like this means the worst nightmares for workers.
