  They lied in their campaign advertising for the soundbar as qaulifing for cashback, and then they deny it ever happend. Scam, liers and cheats. They had me for 200£. Shame!

  I bought 65 inch LG TV from them. There is no issue in delivery of the TV but after I bought my TV, price got reduced of £50. Since they haven't delivered my TV yet at that time, I called to cancel my order. During my discussion with their customer care, their customer care representative mentioned that instead of cancelling the order, he can give me cash back of £25 and I agreed for that. He mentioned that it will take 5 working days to do the refund of £25. Until now I haven't received it and when I called them today to check the status of my £25 refund, they are saying they didn't promise anything. Don't believe their customer service. They are pure liars. It is not the matter of £25. But now I don't believe them any more. They lost my trust for just £25. UPDATE: Now they processed £25 cash back to me.
