  I have a big issue caused by Halford autocentre. I had a full service made for my car this January, which had to include changing the oil procedure for my car. After that, week ago, I got some noises in my car engine and brought to the same service for finding the issue. The centre kept my car for the whole day, charged again, and told in the report that the timing chain is slightly worn out. I brought my car to another repair centre for a proper research and they found that the oil pump is worn out due to the issue that the oil was changed long time ago. They guaranteed to me that the oil was not changed during the full service made by HALFORDS, as the oil is in a very bad condition and the oil filter is extremely bad. Due to this fraud I am now in the situation when I need to replace the oil pump as it was clogged by old oil.
